5 Things You Can Do Right Now to Reduce Belly Fat

It is important to do what we can to reduce belly fat and the good news is that there are things you can do with your diet to accomplish that.

1. Eliminate High Fructose Corn Syrup. There are few products out there that exclude fructose which is in most everything. High Fructose Corn Syrup is one of the main things that drives fat production in the mid-section. Just eliminating something as easy as fructose from the diet, at least in the industrial form will help reduce belly fat. There is nothing wrong with getting fructose in the form of an organic apple.

2. Add coconut oil. Three human clinical studies, one in men and two in women, show that just one tablespoon a day can significantly reduce mid-section fat in just a matter of a month or so.
